Circle of life<\/h1>\n
Living on the east coast, I’ve grown accustomed to the beauty of a sunrise over the sea. That time of day – when the sun, sky and sea engage in a game of tag, showing off as they throw out a myriad dazzling colours for our eyes to feast on – is when I feel a deep sense of peace and spirituality.<\/div>\n
This year I got to experience\u00a0a number of sunsets over the sea. After long, hot, hazy days, the soothing sight of calm seas and a setting sun is a calming experience. It’s a circle-of-life kind of moment – bringing me back to the beginning, encouraging me to start\u00a0again, assuring me that to move forward is not about forgetting but rather about accepting.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
