I was ecstatic when I opened my e-mail today and read a press release that Woolworths stores will be removing sweets and chocolates from their checkout aisles.<\/p>\n
Never mind nagging kids in tow, keeping my hands off some of those forbidden, delectable goodies has often left me cursing under my breath and walking out a rather unhappy customer.<\/p>\n
The official line is that it is part of their \u201cGood Food Journey\u201d strategy. I\u2019m glad for that. So, well done Woolworths for leading the way. I can\u2019t wait to walk into the revamped food stores in my area.<\/p>\n
