Are you a mountain biking enthusiast?<\/p>\n

Well, here\u2019s an event you might want to add to your race calendar.<\/p>\n

The Wild Coast Sun has introduced The Wild Coast Sun Mountain Bike Challenge which happens on October 31. Three routes (40km, 20km and a 10km fun ride) for varying fitness levels have been mapped out and loads of activities are planned for after the ride. And there\u2019s R23\u00a0000 in prize money to be won.<\/p>\n

Whether you\u2019re interested in biking on a competitive level or just want to enjoy an outdoor family activity, The Wild Coast Sun Mountain Bike Challenge promises to be fun for everyone.<\/p>\n

The event starts and ends at the resort, taking racers on a scenic journey through lush landscapes, private beaches and dirt roads.<\/p>\n

Race participants receive free entry to the Wild Coast Sun, and 50% off their entrance into the Wild Waves Water Park for the day.<\/p>\n

Entries are open. You can register online<\/a>. Pre-entries are R120 for the 40km, R80 for the 20km and R20 for the 10km.\u00a0The first 200 entries receive a goodie bag including a bike \u201cbuff\u201d and water bottle. Riders can also register on the day from 6.30 to 7.30am.<\/p>\n
