With live demonstrations from some of the country\u2019s top bakers and food personalities, the Baking Theatre is bound to be one of the most popular attractions at this year\u2019s Durban Good Food & Wine Show.<\/p>\n

And with Diwali just around the corner Sheila Somers, Yudhika Sujanani and Asha Maharaj will be demonstrating the art of making scrumptious Indian sweetmeats and other baked treats.<\/p>\n

Sherwyn Weiach will be baking with Albany, and others chefs on the show include Cape Town\u2019s Peter Ayub and Expresso chef Zola Nene. From classes on how to make the perfect macaron or lemon meringue cupcake to specialists explaining explain why things go wrong and how flops can be rectified, you\u2019ll be sure to learn tons.<\/p>\n

Admission to the theatre is free with the purchase of an entrance ticket to the show and is on a first come, first served basis.<\/p>\n
