Then I came across this book at my local supermarket and the idea just seemed so cool.<\/p>\n<p>A bit of research and I found that the concept was born out of wanting to create a space for stressed out adults to just relax and tap into their often-neglected creative sides. Anything goes when you&#8217;re colouring. It&#8217;s all about you.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s my first attempt and I have to say it was the most cathartic 45 minutes of me-time I&#8217;ve spent in a while.
