I’ve worked with Meneesha for many years now in the context of her freelance work with Intercountry, a language training company, where I am a manager Meneesha has shown herself to be highly motivated, extremely autonomous and totally committed to delivering personalised and effective training to business professionals in a wide range of industries. Her creative approach ensures that her learners receive the most appropriate training for their context, and her human side helps her to build strong relationships, with learners often coming back for new courses once they’ve finished. She’s also assisted the company with content development – her background and journalistic skills ensuring that her content is relevant, interesting and well-written. I’d recommend her without reservation for any writing or training role and I’m sure she has many more skills in which she also excels! I feel that Meneesha would be an asset to any team!

Meneesha has worked periodically for me over the past couple of years. She is thorough, committed, and gives her all. I would definitely recommend her!

This English training session has been by far the best suited to my needs since 2021. The dynamic environment you created allowed me to express myself freely and engage in stimulating discussions in English. Your role as a facilitator, guiding the exchanges without imposing content, created a space where everyone could share their ideas spontaneously. More often than not, our discussions started from a proposed theme and ended up on completely different topics, which clearly shows the richness and engagement of our exchanges.

I have never felt as comfortable in my English learning. Your kindness, attentiveness and openness fostered a trusting environment where I could freely share my opinions and develop my reflections. The discussions touched on topics related to our professional challenges at Erasmus while also connecting us to broader issues, such as human rights or current events.
