Here’s a piece of interesting news for those of you planning on flying within SA this upcoming holiday. SA low-cost airline, kulula, has just announced Stretch Zone seating – for those fliers who want cheaper flights as well as the option of more legroom and comfort. The Stretch Zone seats have been introduced on all kulula aircraft and increases legroom by 3-4 inches. The move comes after the company offered the option of pre-purchased Emergency Exit Row seats (which also offers more legroom) on all domestic flights. Following on the success of this offering, kulula has now introduced the Stretch Zone seats which will be in front of and behind the over-wing Emergency Exit Row seats.
